We liked this brand-new hotel, nothing to complain about. Perfect and excellent location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. - Next to a subway station, everything was very good for us.

Location near to airport and city center and Shenzhen and inbetween and Taoyuan metro station. Again, walking distance to Wenshan Lake...

The hotel is located adjacent to Shenzhen and is close to a nice park, as well as high-tech areas. I dined at Eta Garden Restaurant, which was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right in front of a metro station and surrounded by many shops. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the pool, which was one of the best outdoor pools we've seen. It was clean, with great water quality, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff provided great service. We highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely choose this hotel for all of our future trips.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with a nice city view. The breakfast offered a great variety of food choices with some local cuisine options. The hotel's central location and proximity to public transportation made it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

The internet connection was slow, which made it difficult to access international websites. some fittings in the room were showing signs of wear and the soundproofing was not perfect, which led to some noise disturbances.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and I loved it! the staff was really friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby all day which was great. the location was perfect, close to the train station and many restaurants. the room was neat and clean. It was great that there was a kitchenette with all the needed utensils provided.

The breakfast was not up to my expectations. the selection was limited and not very appetizing.

This hotel is located in a prime area, close by a subway station and surrounded by beautiful mountains. the room and bathroom are clean, and the service is satisfactory. the breakfast is decent, and the view from some rooms is stunning. the hotel offers a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool, free movies and comfortable beds.

Some of the staff members are not very accommodating when it comes to fulfilling customer requests.
